How to Inspire Your Ideas into Actions for Success

Have you ever had a really good idea and were inspired by it? You may have told a few friends and they also thought it was an excellent idea. Then what happened? You may have thought about it for awhile, and then, well, your daily life probably got in the way and it just stayed as “that really good idea you once had.”

That happens more often than most people care to admit. Life changing inspirations come along; the excitement mounts, then nothing!

Many ideas come from the subconscious as it works behind the scenes (or travels through the Universe) formulating ideas based on things you have read, come across, or talked to people about. You may not have put it all together at the time, but your mind continued to work on something that might just be your ticket out of your current situation and into something better.

So that idea comes. Basically it’s just a bunch of air circulating around in your head unless you do something about it. You have to at the VERY least write it down and begin making a plan to put something in motion. Your plan should consist of at least three things:

Research

The first thing you’ll want to do is research to make sure your idea hasn’t already been discovered. Ideas float around in the world and they can come to a few different people at the same time. The first one to act on it gets the good life! So do your research first, and if you don’t find anything, move on to the next step.

Think Again

Now that you’ve got this idea in your head, schedule some quite time to think about it. You can either:

  • relax and listen to a meditation tape to get your brainwaves into alignment so you can formulate a better plan, or
  • sit at the computer with your door closed and just start thinking about things; writing down what you need to do next.

Basically you need to have a brainstorming session with yourself; just put your hands on the keyboard and type whatever comes to mind. Don’t worry about spelling or grammar; this isn’t your actual to-do list yet.

The To Do List

Next you’ll need to go through your brainstorming session and make a To-Do list. Start by doing just a few of the smaller things, then move up. You don’t want to get frustrated and overwhelmed right away. Just put some things down that you can accomplish; things that will help you get started in the right direction.

Keep separate files for your action list and your research. While you’re making up your list you may even come up with more ideas. If they are not related to the idea you are working on at the moment, write them down in a separate notebook. Then someday when you’re feeling uninspired, go through your notebook and start the process all over again.

Now, suddenly instead of an “air head” idea, you have a list of things to do! As long as you keep moving forward, your excitement should mount as your idea comes to fruition and your life begins to change. You will not believe how much your attitude will change from the small success you experience as your idea takes on its new life. It just doesn’t get any better than that!

How to Make Good Things Happen Faster

Have you ever had a really good idea and suddenly were all excited about it. You may have instantly started planning on how you would make millions of dollars with it. Or maybe it was something that would just make your life easier. But then, after a day or so went by you settled back into life as usual and just forgot about it all.

I’m not trying to make you feel bad and I’m not just talking about you. I have done this many times. It takes a lot of effort to start something new and some things are just out of our comfort range. But go back to that original inspiration for just a moment. That came from somewhere — probably directly from your subconscious. And you wouldn’t have had it if it wasn’t something valuable for you to think about.

But then again, there is the fear of failure thing going on. That’s why many brain-training experts say you should first of all write down new ideas as they come to you so you don’t forget them. And secondly start making a plan of action. This plan should include a timeline and goals on when and where you want to be at each phase of the project.

This exercise could take just a few minutes, depending on how big the project is; or it could take a few days. You really want to put some thought into it because at the end of your writing, you will need to decide whether you still want to peruse the project or not.

I suggest that you don’t make the “go, no go” decision so immediately. Get started on the project by doing just one thing a day for now so it doesn’t get overwhelming. See what happens if you just work on it a little at a time instead of giving up completely. You may be surprised that with just a little energy, great things can happen in a relatively short time.

If you have had problems with things like this in the past, you were probably also told that visualization is key to getting what you want – it’s a very important part of the goal setting process. You need to see yourself succeeding at every phase and then it just sort of happens.

I ran across a program that might help you get control of your “brain power.” They claim that “in just 10 minutes per day you can excite the “Super-Conscious” part of your brain and discover amazing natural gifts that you didn’t know you had” (like the great subconscious ideas you come up with — or other self-help intuitions).  Only now, you will not only get that inspiration, you will have a better idea of how to put it in place.

Using Magick to Tap Into The Endless Possibilities of Your Brain

Some people (including me) study the power of the mind. You might have been told we humans only use 10% of our mind – so what does the rest of it do? When I wrote the book “Directed Dreaming, Success From the Subconscious,” I had just figured out how to use my mind while I was asleep to solve problems and give me answers to things I couldn’t figure out when I was awake.  I still use these methods on a daily basis.

Actually, the truth is that the 10% mind thing is a big MYTH!  And in fact, Neurologist Barry Gordon at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore says it’s so wrong it’s laughable! We probably are only using the 10% when we are just resting and thinking,”

According to Gordon:

“It turns out though, that we use virtually every part of the brain, and that [most of] the brain is active almost all the time,” Gordon adds. “Let’s put it this way: the brain represents three percent of the body’s weight and uses 20 percent of the body’s energy.”

So there you have it!

Now, there are tricks people can play on the mind, like magicians do when they perform their optical illusions. Magicians are very entertaining to watch as they perform magic tricks that are so real they’re unbelievable. But these are just tricks and sleight of hand movements and really have nothing to do with getting INTO your mind.

Then there are those who are able to access their minds in a subconscious or conscious way to control their destiny.  This is the process that is more up my alley! Some people think that only certain people have the ability to access minds and they have labeled this type of thing “magick.”

But this type of magick is basically “the science and art of using the subconscious mind to make powerful changes in the material world.   In more specific terms, magick is using conscious stimulation (i.e. rituals, symbols, gestures, chanting, lighting, incense, etc.) to harness latent powers within the subconscious mind (i.e. gods, genii, intelligences, angels, daemons, etc.) to make changes in our bodies, our minds, and the world around us.”

I realize that’s quite a mouthful and I try not to do that to you, but basically, because it uses objects and smells for conscious stimulation many people are afraid to even think about this type of awareness. Not to mention the fact that it has been given a bad rap by witches! There are good witches too you know.  But I digress and I think that now I may be rambling.

If you’re interested in magick and want to create your own destiny instead of just letting things happen to you, check out this Magick Power Resource.

Can Positive Affirmations Get Rid of Frown Lines?

I noticed the other day as I was taking off my makeup for the night that I’m getting frown lines! Me? I’m always smiling. Well, actually, I used to always smile when I worked outside the home, and had contact with other people. Now I’m mostly just sitting at the computer working away in silence – not too much to smile about. But other than using an efficient anti-aging cream, how do I combat these lines?

The one thing I’ve decided to do is to go to bed with a smile on my face. This is easy to do because most of the time, instead of watching TV at night I do a Brainwave Entrainment CD. Meditation is proven to help you relax, so this gets me a little out of frown mode!

Then, right after I go to bed I lay there and say my self help affirmations. These aren’t anything I’ve bought and repeat to myself hoping they will work. I really don’t think a “canned” list of affirmations work very well because they don’t come from the heart. And, even though I’ve used some of the suggestions made by others, I have adapted them to what I feel, and what I believe will come to be.

I have a few belief affirmations that have to do with believing in being divinely guided; and that “I will always be in the right place at the right time.” Then I have the ones that have to do with being successful and happy. It’s at this time that I begin to smile – thinking about just how it will feel when I achieve these goals. I end my affirmations with a smile on my face.

Now, this may or may not help my frown lines, I really don’t care. But that smile makes me feel good as I go to sleep; it also helps me clear my mind for the day. And actually, by the time I’m done with the affirmations, I’m asleep! I never have a problem sleeping, and I never have a problem smiling!

One other thought before I leave you. Do you think that if you go to bed smiling you will wake up in a bad mood? Now, I’m not going to say you will just lay there and smile all night, but something does happen when you go to sleep in a good mood. I can’t put my fingers on it just yet, but I’m happy to just share this with you and hope you make it a practice in your night.

Here’s to SMILE Lines, NOT Frown Lines!

Ten Minute Workout – New Years Goal!

New Years ResolutionsHappy New Year! I wanted to check in and let you know I’m still around. Actually one of my resolutions this year was to give you more updated information on what’s happening in the self-help area so I’ve been reading a lot! I haven’t gotten in enough Genius Mindset yet to actually get on track with my resolutions – but I’m working on it! Here are a few things to consider as you make your own resolutions:

Does it seem to you that those resolutions seem like a good thing when you make them; and then they’re much harder than you thought they would be?

If you decided to lose weight this year you may be looking to sign up for a gym membership. Have you done that before? In the words of Dr. Phil – “How’s that working out for you?” That new year’s resolution may come – and go – each year because it’s just a lot of work to get yourself psyched up to even go for a walk. But you don’t really need to go to extremes with this resolution. Just make a commitment of about 10 minutes a day. Even getting up a little earlier and doing a few stretches will go a little way. And in fact, if you just take a moment to breathe and stretch after you get off work you might find enough renewed energy to go for that walk!

OK, so maybe I’ve been watching too much TV during my Holiday time off – but I was also watching Dr. Oz the other day and he was interviewing Tony Horton about his TenMinute Workout. I’m pretty sure I can find at least 10 minutes in my day to get results like the women on the show did! Yes, this year I may just succeed at my resolution!

My other resolutions are probably a lot like yours. A good one is to stop procrastinating – I’ve already accomplished some of that this year by always putting the dishes that are in the drainer away before adding new ones. But I won’t give up my title of Extreme Dish Stacker – even if I don’t get to practice anymore!

Eating Right goes along with weight loss, but since you don’t eat when you’re exercising I think of it on its own. And then there’s always the goal of new Career Achievements and to make more money. . .

I could go on and but I’m sure you’ve made your own resolutions so I’ll end mine here. I wish you the best in the New Year and hope you accomplish all your goals this year!

Effectively Using Mind Control Techniques as Your Weapon of Choice

mind controlOK, I’ll admit it; I’ve gone and got someone mad at me again. You see, were having an argument and suddenly I just lost my mind. I blurted something out without thinking and then it was all over. I lost the battle and walked away defeated. As a self help trainer I definitely know better – but I forgot to let my mind be still and use my covert mind control techniques instead of just flying off the handle.

How many times has this happened to you – arguing and losing I mean? It doesn’t happen to me very often because I try to avoid arguments. I believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion and if it’s different than mine, I’m OK with that!

I used to dream about being listened to. Just once I wanted to see what it felt like to have someone value my opinion at the beginning of a conversation instead of always having to say “I told you so!” No matter how right you are, people do not like hearing that you were right and they were wrong. And it’s highly unlikely that you’ll ever hear them admit that.

Notice that I say “used to” a lot here. That used to happen because I had no idea that there were mind control techniques that would allow me to sway a person to my opinion easily and effortlessly. Life is good now! I get my way most of the time and guess what, I don’t ever need to say “I told you so” because I win by making the other person feel like they won. They actually THINK it was their original idea to begin with.

So what are my best mind control techniques? First of all, I LISTEN to what the other person is saying. Then before I say anything, I formulate my plan of attack. I can tell how adamant the person is about what they just said by watching their eyes, body movements and listening to their tone of voice. Then I begin by asking questions, questions that I am certain will get a YES answer. Carefully formulated questions that lead the person to where I want them to end up.

What you want is to have a conversation instead of an argument. You need to connect with the person and get them in a better, more agreeable mood. You need to watch their body language so you know exactly where they are at any given moment, and how many more mind control techniques you need to continue to use before you get what you want.

You can see that I’m not doing anything illegal here, or accessing any type of dark forces that only I have access to.

I am simply leading the conversation to where I want it to go – instead of being lead! What I’m doing is sneakily using COVERT MIND CONTROL TECHNIQUES! When you know these secrets, you can bend the will and psychology of almost *anyone* you could ever meet… and get them to do things they’d otherwise never agree to in a million years.

How you use these powers, is up to you but I can tell you that they work in a lot of different situations.

  • Maybe you’ll use them to get dates with the beautiful people you thought were off limits before;
  • Maybe you’ll use them to get a new job and enjoy better pay;
  • Or maybe you’ll further your life in ways that you haven’t even imagined until now.

Who knows.

Whatever you do please do not use these powers for nefarious or illicit gain. Because once you
weave these techniques into daily conversation, people will do almost *anything* you want them to!

I’ve given you a few of my favorite mind control techniques, but there is much more to learn. To get a glimpse of more techniques and how you can use them in our everyday life, Go here now: Mind Control Techniques

Using Positive Self Talk To Remain Sane

positive self talkDo you talk to yourself? If you do, are you aware of what you’re saying? Many people who work alone (or at home) have a tendency to talk to themselves about mundane things. Or they’ll be mumbling away when they’re shopping or out just walking around. But this isn’t what you need to be aware of. What’s more important is your personal self talk — and whether you’re practicing positive self talk or not aware of negative self talk habits.

It’s sometimes hard to get away from negative self talk. As soon as you put that first negative thought into your head, your brain takes it and believes it is true. Then it begins to build on itself and pretty soon that one thought is running out of control on its own.

For example, remember when you first started that new job that you had been waiting for forever? You were probably just so happy to finally be accepted for your talents and what you have to offer. That feeling can last forever – or you can ruin it in short order by events that happen and how you think about them.

In your new job you will meet people. Some of them will recognize your work and accomplishments and complement you on them. Others will be so jealous that they will try to put you down in an attempt to get more of their own complements. At this point, you may start negative self talk about these people or worse yet, about your new job that you used to love so well.

When this happens, the positive self talk you previously had about your new job is slowly replaced by negative self talk. This self talk will eventually completely destroy your happiness and ability to do your work in a productive manner. You begin to hate going to work in the morning; seeing certain people, etc.; misery sets in.

But it doesn’t need to happen this. When you work at positive self talk techniques, the negative self talk never gets in. Now I’m not saying that this is easy to do. Many times you are not even aware that you are self talking. Things are just going around in your mind unconsciously as you work through your day.

This is where positive self talk tapes can come in handy. There are certain positive self talk statements that will recover your self esteem. If your brain waves are really out of whack because of your constant negative mental statements, you may need to re-align your brain waves using brainwave synchronization techniques (which usually come in the form of Brainwave Entrainment CD’s.)

The main thing is to become aware of what you’re saying to yourself, and replace those negative statements with positive self talk.

But be aware of the fact that you have already told your brain many times that the negative stuff is true so it may take a few weeks to replace the runaway thoughts with those that will let you be happy again. And that’s a goal worth achieving! You will be happier, healthier, and able to look past the bad and into the good.

Positive self talk can do a lot more than just help you get through your work day. It can help you stop smoking, or help you lose weight, etc. In fact, I just read about a well-known Doctor who lost 38 pounds while he was shaving because he was practicing positive self-help techniques as he shaved – and amazingly, his wife who was listening to his self talk also lost weight. That’s how amazing positive self help is – The Law of repetition works!
